We make every effort to post your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of items.
Please note that all orders over £5.00 are sent via recorded delivery and this is reflected in the P&P cost.
Our postage and packing costs cover the costs of the postage and any packing materials. You can be rest assured that we do not make profit out of postage and packaging prices.
If you would like to buy multiple items, please contact us for a total postage price as this will be lower than purchasing items individually.
Free local pick up can be arranged and this option should be selected at checkout. You will then need to telephone or email us to arrange a convenient time for collection.

| Returns & Exchanges |
At ickle tinyz, we describe our products accurately and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, under our 'no quibble' policy, if you wish to return the goods then please do so within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange.
Please note that goods returned under our 'no quibble' policy must be returned unopened in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days of the goods being received by us.
Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of the item(s) being sent to you and for the cost of returning the good(s) to us. Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns.
When returning goods, we recommend you use a 'signed-for' service, as proof of posting cannot be regarded as proof of receipt.
Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with; if these details are not supplied there may be a delay in your card being refunded. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that we cannot refund or credit washed/worn/used products unless faulty.
